Sedona Arabella Miller Schnebly
Since Arabella is Sedona’s middle name, I thought it would be an excellent name for a colorful and whimsical Sedona landscape painting that is as colorful as the woman who’s namesake I decided to use.
Creating Sedona Landscape Art
One of my favorite places to delight-in, in this crazy world of the Sedona vortex, is to photograph and then to create Sedona landscape art is from Schnebly Hill Rd. Known for its stunning scenery filled with cactus blossoms in this desert landscape. It’s a favorite location for many and an iconic location in the American southwest. While Sedona offers many beautiful views, this one provides one of the best aspects of this Sedona landscape here in the desert.
Awesome Landscape Formations
The views from the back of this Sedona landscape are fantastic, and the view from the top of the trail can’t be beaten. The overlook at the top provides one of the most spectacular views in Arizona. It’s especially good in the early morning when the sun is at your back, leaving you to daydream and making it worthwhile to get up for sunrise and endure the very rough drive.
Along the way, you’ll pass Prickly Pear Cactus in full desert blossom and many other amazing views of this desert landscape, and into the canyon, This wonderfully scenic route drops more than 2,000 feet for about 12 or 13 miles from a wooded mesa into the amazing Sedona landscape.
Like many Sedona landscapes here in spiritual Sedona, Arabella shows off Merry-Go-Round which is on the right of this amazing Sedona vortex landscape. To include “Coffee Pot Rock,” “Snoopy Rock,” and the single most photographed Sedona landscape image in all of Arizona is “Cathedral Rock” of which I’ve created in 9 different versions. “Creekside Cathedral” a.k.a. Cathedral Rock is the one I licensed to Warner Bros. for their new media series “Snatchers.” Why not buy one of my many Sedona Art Prints today? Ships Free!
